The Tänder team

About Tänder

Three Surgeons. One Shared Vision.

A better way to deliver specialty dental care — wherever your dentist's office is.

Dr. Forrest Pratt, Dr. Jordan Campbell, and Dr. V. Patrick Hall, Tänder's board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeons

Where Tänder Began

The Belief Came Before the Business.

The belief was simple: patients needing oral surgery shouldn't have to start over somewhere unfamiliar. The surgeon should come to them — not the other way around.

Drs. Forrest Pratt, Jordan Campbell, and Patrick Hall each arrived at that conclusion through years of training in rigorous, hospital-based OMS programs. Their paths crossed in more ways than one — Campbell and Hall both came up through Weber State University; Pratt and Hall both first discovered oral surgery working as surgical assistants long before they held a scalpel. Different journeys. The same conviction.

In June 2025, the three launched Tänder — Swedish for "teeth," a quiet nod to Dr. Campbell's two years of service in Sweden. The model: partner with established dental offices and bring board-certified surgical expertise directly to patients, in the offices where they already feel at home.

"After day one of working as an assistant, I knew I wanted to become an oral and maxillofacial surgeon." — Dr. Forrest Pratt

The Problem We Solve

Oral Surgery Shouldn't Mean Starting Over Somewhere New

For most patients, the path to oral surgery means a referral slip, a specialist they've never met, and an office across town. It works — but it's far from ideal, especially for patients who already carry dental anxiety. Tänder changes that equation: when a patient at one of our partner offices needs oral surgery, our surgeons come to them. Same office. Same front desk team. Same familiar faces. Just a highly trained surgical specialist who wasn't there before.

Our Philosophy

A Partnership That Works for Everyone

We talk about our model as a three-way relationship — one that only works if all three parties genuinely benefit.

The Patient

Gets to stay in a dental home they already trust. Receives expert surgical care without the friction of being referred out — and in many All on X cases, leaves the same day with a new smile.

The Dentist

Keeps patients in-house for procedures they previously had to refer out. Adds a meaningful revenue stream, with a surgical partner who invests in their practice through marketing, training, and CE.

Tänder

Gets to practice the kind of oral surgery we believe in: collaborative, patient-centered, and embedded in a real care team — not an isolated chain location.

How We Work

Collaborative, Patient-Centered, and Embedded In a Real Care Team

Not an isolated chain location. Not a referral mill. A genuine partnership with the dentists and patients we serve.

Our Commitment

Rooted in Community. Built on Service.

All three Tänder surgeons share something beyond their surgical training: a background defined by service, a commitment to people over transactions, and roots in the communities they care about. Dr. Pratt grew up in Mesa, completed dental missions in Mexico and Central America, and earned his Eagle Scout rank. Dr. Campbell spent two years serving in Sweden — the experience that quietly gave Tänder its name. Dr. Hall grew up in Ogden, Utah, and has served communities locally and internationally throughout his entire training and career.

That instinct to show up for people is baked into how Tänder operates. We don't just perform procedures — we embed ourselves in the dental offices and communities we serve, in Arizona and in every state we expand to.

Board-certified. Patient-first. Traveling to wherever you are.
