Common Questions From Our Dental Partners
Your practice pays Tänder a percentage of our adjusted production for the day. You collect from the patient, and we send you an invoice based on the day's production report. We cover the majority of the overhead — the main exceptions are disposables (gloves, anesthetic, gauze), which your office provides. Your office also covers the cost of credentialing our surgeons at your practice. We'll walk through the exact percentage and how it applies to your practice on your discovery call.
We keep our partnership terms flexible — most partnerships run on a rolling basis with a short notice period rather than a long-term lock-in. We'll confirm the specific terms during onboarding.
We manage the credentialing process for our surgeons at your office (the credentialing cost is covered by your practice) and the logistics of ensuring your office is set up for the sedation services we provide. On the equipment side, we ask that your office have a wheelchair available and keep three to four oxygen tanks on site; we cover the majority of the remaining overhead aside from disposables like gloves, anesthetic, and gauze.
Visit frequency is set based on your case volume and scheduling needs — typically every few weeks to start, scaling up as referral volume grows. We'll build a cadence that fits your practice during onboarding.
Your patient's primary relationship stays with you. Our surgeons are embedded in your practice — post-operative follow-up is coordinated with your office, and patients continue returning to you for routine care.
That's common and doesn't have to be either/or. Many partner practices use Tänder for specific service lines — All on X and implants, for example — while maintaining existing referral relationships for other cases.
