Is the consultation really free?
Yes. There is no cost for your initial consultation, and no obligation to move forward with any treatment.
Who do I contact after surgery?
Follow-up visits are usually at the office where you had surgery, and you can also be seen at other Tänder partner locations. You are given that office's contact information, and Tänder has a dedicated phone number for after-hours questions, concerns and emergencies.
How soon can I be seen?
We aim to schedule consultations within one to two weeks of your initial contact, depending on availability at your closest partner office.
Do I need to bring anything to my consultation?
If you have recent dental X-rays or imaging, bring them or have your dentist forward them ahead of time. A list of current medications is also helpful.
What if I'm not sure which service I need?
That's completely common — select "Other / Not Sure" on the form and describe your situation. Our team will help determine the right service before your consultation.
